Our refund and return policy is valid for 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to issue a full refund or exchange the product.
The product must be in its original and unused condition, with the original packaging and all accessories.
The product can be returned if:
-The product is damaged or defective upon receipt.
-The product does not match the description mentioned on the website.
-Order error (wrong product sent).

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you wish to return expensive items, you can use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of the returned item.
Return fee of 4 Omani Riyals per product.
Customized products cannot be returned.
Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned.

The customer must return the product to the address specified by the customer service department, including a copy of the invoice.
The product will be inspected upon receipt to ensure it meets the return conditions.
The product value will be refunded after all conditions have been met, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Replacement conditions:
The product can be replaced with another available product of the same value if the original product is defective or does not match the description.
The replacement process follows the same procedures as in the case of a return, with the difference being that the customer will choose an alternative product.
The company is not responsible for any delay in return or exchange due to reasons beyond its control, such as natural disasters or emergency circumstances.
